Sponsored runs are a fantastic way of raising funds for Living Water Africa. They are fun, and a great way for keeping fit too. Supporters have been running for us for a few years now, and we’d love it if you could help us in this way.
We’ve provided a selection of runs that are taking place all around the country in 2017. So, wherever you live, or whatever your preferred distance, there will be an event for you. Simply choose your nearest event, sign up via the link, and join Team Living Water Africa today.

ABP Southampton Marathan, Half Marathon and 10K – This race starts and finishes in the heart of Southampton’s City Centre, taking in sites such as Bargate, QE2 Anchor, St Mary’s Stadium and the Itchen Bridge. Entries are closed for this year, so watch this space for more details.
Winchester Half Marathan (24/09/2017) – Entries are now open for the 2017 run. This race takes in the idyllic setting of Winchester, starting and finish in the heart of the city centre and passing sites St Catherine’s Hill, Winchester Cathedral & King Alfred the Great along the way.
BIG FUN RUN SERIES
The Big Fun Run series is a fantastic way to raise money, keep fit, all while having fun and running in a relaxed environment. There are 18 events all around the country, so click here to find a list of events near you.

Great Manchester, 10k & half marathon (28/05/2017) – Entry costs £38 (10K), £44 (half marathon)

The London Marathon. If you really fancy a challenge, why not try one of the world’s biggest and most popular run, The London Marathon. As entries for the 2018 run are already closed, ballots for the 2019 run will open next year – watch this space for more details!
Great Newham London Run (10k – 02/07/2017), celebrates the legacy of London 2012 by offering runners the chance to run through the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, taking in sites such as the Velodrome, the Aquatics Centre, and the Copper Box Arena. You can have your own ‘Mo Farah’ moment, by finishing on the Olympic Athletics track. Entry cost £32.
Glow In The Park. Enjoy this night time work out as you walk, jog or dance your way to the finish line. Retro beats and disco lights will keep you motivated around the course, as you arrive at the time tunnel, the foam zone and the paint blast zone. This really will be a night out you won’t forget. Longleat, London and Manchester are just a few events planned for 2017.
